In operation since 2014, the new brewery opened in 2017.
Distinctive Beer Infused Menu
Our beer infused menu makes us unique for on-site visits. To start, try Laggar Falcon Bierwurst Sausage, Steak and Red Falcon Ale Meat Pie to accompany our Summer Saison or Salem Irish Stout.
Falcon Brewing Company started operations in 2014, and has been selling Red Falcon Ale, and Laggar Falcon Craft Lager in cans in various Beer Store, LCBO and Grocery Stores throughout Ontario since then.
