Pearson International Airport Arrival and Departure Procedures
For arrivals into Pearson International Airport (YYZ) you should be aware that our chauffeurs are not able to leave their vehicles unattended. All passengers should follow the following procedures.
- Clear customs and pick-up luggage.
- Terminal 1: Proceed to Door B, on arrivals level.
- Terminal 3: Proceed to Door A post 7-12, on arrivals level.
For all of the above:
- See Commissionaire
- Please give him the name in which the limousine was booked under and indicate that you are waiting for Lux Limo.
If Commissionaire advises you that there is no Lux Limo Limousine registered in your name, or that a Lux Limo Limousine does not appear within 5 minutes of notifying the Commissionaire, please call our office immediately to assist you:
